TYL-FJPPN annual call for applications to fund staff exchanges on joint activities in 2026

TYL-FJPPN annual calls for proposals of joint projects between France and Japan is open now!

Deadline: 25th March 2026

Under this funding application, staff exchanges between French and Japanese teams are supported to enhance the development of their joint research.

The period of reference for the activities coincides with the Japanese fiscal year: April 1st 2026 to March 31th 2027.

To apply for funding as PI, create an account on the front page of this website and click "Apply for funding". All the participants of your projects also need to create an account before you will invite them to your proposal.

The report of ongoing project (activity period 2025) must be submitted separately by e-mail. Please contact us if you do not find the report template.

TYL-FJPPN Young Investigator Award

Call for TYL-FJPPN Young Investigator Award is open now!

Nominations should be sent to the TYL-FJPPN directors before the 25th March 2026, for evaluation before the next FJPPN annual workshop, that will take place in Hamamatsu on May 18-20, 2026. The nominations should include a brief description of the work and of the particular contribution of the candidate (half page to one page long), a CV and letters of recommendation (ideally at least from both Japan and France).
